About The Owner

Todd Majors

President/Founder

Todd Majors has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of construction, renovation, new construction, additions, project management, pre-construction services and construction management. Trained in fine arts and decorative finishes, Todd also has special expertise in faux finishes and applying wide array of Venetian plasters.

Throughout the past decades, Todd’s career focus has been on complex construction projects that require careful planning and meticulous attention to detail. This experience, combined with his fine arts training and appreciation of historical craftsmanship, has led to a specialization in historical renovations and additions.

Prior to founding Devon Construction Management, LLC in 1999, Todd was a consultant and Director of Construction for Island Construction Company, providing high quality estimating, pre-construction and project management services for approximately 10 years. Prior positions include Senior Project Manager for JSM Company, Inc., Director of Business Development for McQuade Construction Companies, Inc., and Director of Marketing and Construction for Carl F. Jacobelli Company.

Todd holds a BA in Communications and Fine Arts from East Stroudsburg University, with advanced graduate work in Fine Arts at East Stroudsburg University and Bloomsburg University. In addition to holding certificates in in decorative finishes from The Faux School, Todd is a member of the Stencil Artisan League, Inc, and an allied member of the American Institute of Architects. Todd is also a long standing Chairman of the Historical Architectural Review Board for West Pikeland Township and a member of the West Pikeland Historic Commission and Comprehensive Planning Committee.
